Web Privacy.

Our Web Privacy Policy was created to provide our visitors a privacy statement that illustrates our firm commitment to privacy.  The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

Our site’s registration form requires users to give us contact information, by providing their name and e-mail address.  The customer’s contact information is used solely to contact the visitor when necessary or requested.  Users may decline receiving future mailings if they so choose, by following the procedures in the Mail Decline section below.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information and for those visitors who wish to purchase products and services.  We collect customer contact and financial information by requesting the user to provide their e-mail address and credit card information.  This information is used to complete orders and to invoice the customer for products and services.

Our online surveys may ask visitors for contact information by requesting their e-mail address and other demographic information.  We use the contact data from our surveys to send the user information about our company. Demographic and profile data collected at our website is used to tailor our visitor’s experience at the site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content in accordance to their preferences.

Occasionally, we run contest on our site in which we also ask for contact and demographic information, such as zip code, age, occupation and industry experience.  We use this contact data from our contests to send winners their prizes and provide new contest entrants additional information about our company.

Our webmaster may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to maintain our Website.   We do not engage in the practice of selling or trading lists with anyone.

Web Security.

We have implemented security measures to protect the loss, misuse and the alteration of the information under our control.  In addition to using a secure server system that encrypts your order information, orders with payment information are transmitted to a designated individual in the company, who accesses the order using a password-protected back office system.  Orders are retrieved via this system and then deleted from the secure server.  Each order is then processed manually using the same process we use for fax and telephone orders.  At no time is your payment information or any personal data transmitted to a third party for verification or processing.  Once the order is received, all portions of the order fulfillment process are handled internally.

Mail Decline.

Our website provides users the opportunity to decline receiving future communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor.  This site gives our users the following options for removing their information from our database and to decline to receive future communications.
